The Ministry of Finance has issued a Compliance Circular affecting all ASPs.
A mandatory migration to the new Open Peppol SML and subsequent testing and compliance alignment of their systems should be performed.
All ASPs are required to update their solutions and notify MoF by 31 August 2026 the latest.
